'Duty-holders' responsibilities under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006, The duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises.

During a previous webinar on Asbestos Management (See link below), we were overwhelmed with questions on Duty Holder Responsibilities and specific areas of Asbestos. Therefore a second webinar with more of a Q&A session was scheduled for the 26th November. The webinar started with a quick refresher on Duty Holder responsibilities - who a duty holder is, what their responsibilities are and how to be compliant, and was followed by the opportunity to put specific questions on any aspect of Asbestos to Robin Nower of Ayest for the rest of the session.
